World-class jazz trio Downtown Jazz are one of the best wedding jazz bands in the North West.
These three Liverpool based musicians have performed all around the world together. Combining the traditional elements of a jazz trio with modern repertoire, the smooth voice of Max and the elegant layering of piano, upright bass and drums bring the music to life. Spanning traditional jazz songs right through to modern songs with a twist, they can create a setlist to bring your wedding entertainment ideas to life.
Alongside the Postmodern Jukebox style numbers and the traditional jazz, Downtown Jive also bring in an eclectic collection of New Orleans inspired music, crossover and smooth jazz (think Sade’s ‘Smooth Operator’) – this charismatic group have something for everyone.
Perfect for a drinks reception, wedding breakfast, or even classy early evening reception entertainment, these exceptional musicians can fit straight into your proceedings and bring a touch of class wherever they go.
