Francesca and Aiden spent just six months planning their wedding which took place in March 2023. The pair married at Hobbit Hill in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
From the beginning, they both had a clear vision of what they wanted the musical entertainment for their wedding to look like. Their joint vision included a wedding pianist, as well as an exceptional live band, which brought them to Musique.
The couple initially made contact with the team at Musique to book a DJ for their wedding reception. When speaking to the team they discovered the incredible collection of exclusive artists Musique has to offer.
Francesca said: “From initial contact to the meeting, Musique were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, and proud.”
Francesca and Aiden booked Jamie Turner as their wedding pianist and The Party Fettlers as their reception entertainers.
The Party Fettlers bring modern and energetic entertainment to any wedding. Starting with a mix of soul and swing classics, they get into the groove and bring the audience along for the ride. Performing a range of pop music from the 70s to bang-up-to-date chart music, they offer something for everyone, no matter their age or tastes.
The team at Musique helped Francesca and Aiden to take their wedding entertainment ideas and turn them into a reality. Not only did they help the couple to bring their original vision to life, but they also guided them to make it even better than they could have imagined.
Their musicians helped her to choose the music that would be played throughout the day.
Francesca said: “They suggested the song to walk down the aisle and subsequently the first dance song after our original choice went to the firework display.”
Francesca walked down the aisle to Can’t Fight This Feeling (the Bastille orchestral version) played live on the piano by Jamie.
Speaking about their experience with Musique and their musicians on the day, Francesca and Aiden said: “It was absolutely tremendous. Jamie was simply wonderful. Presented to perfection, played the piano exceptionally. Just wonderful.
“The band – just wow! Professional musicians and an award-winning soprano were [among our] guests and the comments were outstanding from them and everyone else. They were faultless, friendly and professional (and gave good hugs).
“We loved Jamie from day one and he and the band delivered above and beyond. They were that good I wish I could just have a party in my garden and have them come play again every month. I’m considering stalking some random events to gate crash just to see them again!”
Francesca and Aiden scored their experience with Musique, Jamie, and The Party Fettlers as 10/10.
