The Typicals are redefining what a wedding band can be. This electrifying collective blends modern performance techniques with creative mashups, medleys, and carefully crafted setlists designed to keep every guest – from lifelong party-goers to nostalgic nineties kids – fully engaged from start to finish. Their repertoire spans classic anthems, modern chart-toppers and throwbacks you won’t hear anywhere else, all woven together with clever musical transitions that build the energy throughout the night.
A big band with a small footprint, The Typicals deliver a huge, immersive sound without requiring a large stage setup. Their specially designed tracks fill out the additional instrumentation, blending seamlessly with live vocals, guitars, sax and drums to create an explosive, in-your-face performance. By focusing the lineup around lead vocals and instruments with driving percussion (as opposed to bulky static harmony instruments), the group achieves maximum impact, clarity and power.
Every show is elevated by a fully synchronised lighting experience, using theatre-production-level technology to create the feeling of a dedicated lighting technician on site.
